Hello everyone and welcome to our travel blog!

We’re Giulia and Giorgio, a couple with a deep love for adventure. In 2022, we decided to leave our work lives in Italy to chase a dream: to travel indefinitely. We’re not millionaires (actually, quite the opposite!), but we’ve discovered that with a low budget, you can travel longer anyway, live like locals, and explore the lesser-known sides of a country, especially the ones that aren’t tourist hotspots!

We travel as backpackers, carrying just the essentials on our backs and a lot of curiosity to explore. You won’t find us in luxury resorts or chasing the most crowded destinations: we prefer the less-traveled paths, natural landscapes, authentic experiences, and direct contact with local cultures.

Through this blog, we want to share our experiences, tips, and adventures to inspire those who, like us, dream of setting off. If you think you need lots of money to travel or that the most beautiful destinations are only the famous ones… well, we hope to change your mind!
